Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your activity time are non-refundable.
Cancellations received prior to 24 hours will receive a full refund.
No-shows are charged full price.
A full refund will be provided for weather cancellations if we are not able to reschedule for another date.
Please note that for our parasailing activity, we enforce a weight limit of 450 lbs per flier.
